Dear Parents/Guardians,
As you may be aware New Cross College has been taking part in a European wide Erasmus Project. Our students have been welcomed into homes across Europe over the past two years. Students have visited countries such as Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain and Turkey. It is an amazing opportunity for our students to visit countries at no cost to parents.
In October we will be welcoming our partners from countries that we have previously visited as part of the programme. We are looking for parents/guardians to host a student where possible.
· Students spend very little time with their host family as they are involved in activities from morning to evening.
Hosted students do NOT need their own room. Breakfast and lunch will be provided by the school. Students will require an evening meal if they are not on a trip. Payment for all trips and activities will be paid by the project, students only need a bed and access to shower facilities.
· All those who host a student will be guaranteed a place on an Erasmus trip.
