Hi all,
As we come to the end of our school year in a way that we are not traditionally used to, may I offer a sincere appreciation to all members of our school community. In particular our teachers, students, and the support from our parents and guardians who engaged and embraced teaching and learning to the best of their ability during this unprecedented time.
I want to extend our thanks to our sixth year students whose rite of passage to sit the Leaving Cert, experience a graduation ceremony and other celebrations that are normal practice at this time of year has been denied to them.
They have taken it in their stride and are a credit to themselves and their families.
We wish the class of 2020 a successful journey on whichever path you take. We will meet again, we hope, in the not too distant future, to mark your end of school life in New Cross College.
