A very busy week of sport at New Cross. Our u15 Boys Football Squad agonisingly lost out on penalties in the quarter final of the Metropolitan League. In Spikeball, our First Year Boys have had a fantastic season & were rewarded with a trip to NUI Galway for the All-Ireland Finals. The lads finished top of their group, only to be narrowly defeated in the quarter final. Our First & Second Year Boys Basketball Squad had no luck this week, & our First Year Girls were narrowly defeated. However the week finished on a positive note with our Second Year Girls Basketball Squad winning their match with some excellent shooting & fantastic team work on show. Lots learned this week, and even more fun had…! Well done to all involved!
